Are you already a Yoga Teacher or a Yoga student, and would like to further your knowledge in a specific subject area within Yoga?
We will be offering short Yoga courses for Yoga teachers and Yoga students, to extend and improve their Yogic knowledge within the following workshops:
All about Hands Workshop
2 hour in-person CPD Workshop
Workshop looking at use of hands in yoga includes working on hand-balance postures and handstands.

Yoga for backs
2 hour in-person CPD Workshop
Workshop to help back pain and flexibility. Also for Yoga Teachers to help to teach back conditions.

Balance Workshop
2 hour in-person CPD Workshop
All about balancing postures, how to progress, new balances etc.

Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series
2 hour in-person CPD Workshop
Workshop looking at all the postures in the full primary series – includes full talk-through class.

Mastering Headstands Workshop
2 hour in-person CPD Workshop
Practical workshop including guidance on the 7 headstands in Ashtanga yoga second series,
fun intros and outros, introducing headstands into your practice.
Workshop Date: Sunday Sun 25th June 2023, 5–7pm

Each workshop is 2 hours long.
Teacher Training is 200 hours (extra pre and post course hours for Foundation Plus)
Other certified specialised courses are 40 hours

There will be a maximum of 12 people per class.
Each CPD workshop costs £30, which can be paid for via our website
Teacher Training costs £2,500 for the one-year training
Specialised courses (40 hours) cost £500
