Are you already a Yoga Teacher or a Yoga student, and would like to further your knowledge in a specific subject area within Yoga?
We will be offering short Yoga workshops for Yoga teachers and Yoga students, to extend and improve their Yogic knowledge within the following workshops:
Teaching Yoga to seniors and restorative yoga
In this workshop you will learn how to structure and present a yoga class to seniors and those with injuries or illnesses.

In this workshop you will learn how to use physical and verbal adjustments in a variety of different postures

Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat
Join us on a luxury retreat in Jersey
Based in Ayush Ayurvedic Centre at the Hotel de France Jersey, this three-day retreat will allow you to learn about Ayurveda and Ayurvedic massage whilst enhancing your yoga practise.

Workshop looking at all the postures in the full primary series – includes full talk-through class.

Mastering Headstands Workshop
2 hour in-person CPD Workshop
Practical workshop including guidance on the 7 headstands in Ashtanga yoga second series,
fun intros and outros, introducing headstands into your practice.

Each workshop is 2 hours long.
Teacher Training is 200 hours (extra pre and post course hours for Foundation Plus)
Other certified specialised courses are 40 hours

There will be a maximum of 12 people per class.
Each CPD workshop costs £30, which can be paid for via our website
Teacher Training costs £2,500 for the one-year training
Specialised courses (40 hours) cost £500
