A workshop devoted to developing and progressing your headstand technique
The workshop will focus on:
• How to build up to headstand
• How to be safe in headstand practise
• How to correctly set headstands
• Basic headstands
• A look at all seven headstands in the Ashtanga second series
• Vinyasas for headstands
• Fun use of headstands with other postures
