Based in Ayush Ayurvedic Centre at the Hotel de France Jersey, this three-day retreat will allow you to learn about Ayurveda and Ayurvedic massage whilst enhancing your yoga practise.

The weekend activities will allow time to explore the beautiful island of Jersey

  • Cost: £395 pp * sharing twin or double room. £50 deposit to secure booking
    * £495 for single-occupancy room
