Based in Ayush Ayurvedic Centre at the Hotel de France Jersey, this three-day retreat will allow you to learn about Ayurveda and Ayurvedic massage whilst enhancing your yoga practice.

We will be offering short Yoga workshops for Yoga teachers and Yoga students, to extend and improve their Yogic knowledge within the following workshops:

Teaching Yoga to seniors and restorative yoga

  • In this workshop you will learn how to structure and present a yoga class to seniors and those with injuries or illnesses.

Yoga Adjustments

  • In this workshop you will learn how to use physical and verbal adjustments in a variety of different postures
