Our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training course will be held at the delightful Sadie Centre (previously known as the Letchworth Centre for Healthy Living).
The Centre is set in 8 acres of the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside. The harmony between immersing yourself in Yoga, and nature creates the perfect learning environment
The Centre is a space which encourages health promotion and illness prevention. With the Centre holding an array of classes and holistic therapies, the atmosphere evokes a sense of calm and renewal.
If you’re feeling peckish, there is also a cafe on-site which uses seasonal, organic, fair trade and locally sourced ingredients (some of which are grown in their gardens!) to create delicious and nutritious food.
We are also just a 10 minute cycle ride, 5 minute drive, and 30 minute walk from both Hitchin and Letchworth Railway station (30 minute train journey from London Kings Cross!).
