Teaching Yoga to seniors and restorative yoga

In this workshop you will learn how to structure and present a yoga class to seniors and those with injuries or illnesses.
The workshop will focus on:
• How to prepare for a senior yoga class
• How to use information received
• How to format the class
• How to cater for mixed abilities
• How to sequence the class
• Verbal and physical adjustments

Class will include chair yoga, breathing and movement
