In this workshop you will learn how to use physical and verbal adjustments in a variety of different postures
The workshop will focus on:
• When and how to adjust
• How to use verbal skills to help students to self-adjust
• How to gain consent for physical adjustments
• How to identify when adjustments are necessary/helpful
• A range of postures from Ashtanga, Yin and Hatha – how to adjust
